Varone Frédéric (1966) is professor of political science at the University
of Geneva. His current research interests include comparative public policy
(sustainable management of natural resources, regulation of biotechnologies),
program evaluation and public sector reforms (e.g. New Public Management,
liberalization and privatization of public services).
